About Beate:

I am a German native having recently relocated to Orange County. In Germany and the UK I was tutoring students for over 20 years in several subjects, including German, English and Business English. I achieved great results with the students by letting them explore and develop their own skills. All students appreciated and still appreciate the approach of concentrating on the students' ability to express themselves in the respective language. Based on a solid knowledge of certain grammar issues necessary for every language, the important point for the student is to actively use the language. This is why I firmly believe in communicating mainly in the tutored language to achieve the goals.
