About Sarah:

I have been teaching for the past 3 years in New Jersey and Illinois. I have taught highschool level English, middle school level Reading/Literature, and K-8 computers classes. I studied Computer Science and Comparative Literature as an undergraduate at Rutgers University and am now completing my M.Ed with a specialization in secondary English at DePaul University. I have a toddler at home, so I won't be going back into the classroom for a couple more years, but wanted to keep in touch with my field while I am a full time mom. I am very comfortable tutoring students in English (literature, writing, grammar, proofreading) and mathematics up to precalculus. These are my strengths based upon my education in college. I am also very proficient in teaching how to use MSOffice software (i.e. Excel, PP) since the computer courses I taught focused on all the different programs in the suite.
