About Monica:

I am 36 years old. I was born in Switzerland into an Italian family. I came to the U.S. when I was 5 and grew up in Brooklyn, New York. I moved to Long Island, New York with my family when I was 18 years old. I did not begin my college education until I was 33 at Suffolk County Community College. I received an Associate in Arts degree. My emphasis was Italian and Spanish. I presently attend Stony Brook University and majoring in Italian. I am presently in the Teacher Preparation Program. I am presently training by way of observations at various middle schools and high schools in my area.
I am a fluent speaker of Italian and am capable of tutoring any student from K-12 or any adult who may want to learn the language for fun or travel reason.
