Since grade school I have enjoyed mathematics, science and sports. I was awarded the math key at high school graduation and attended Gannon University for Calculus II as a senior in high school. At Mercyhurst College, I completed an Honors Statistics class and am currently enrolled at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Criminal Justice. When I graduate in the spring of 2009, I plan to continue attending Edinboro to get a bachelor's degree in Nursing.
The only tutoring experience to date would be helping out my younger brother and sister with their homework and some math help for a friend in college. My tutoring approach is to go step by step through a problem of any kind, and then go through a similar problem with the person I am helping, which will eventually lead to the person being able to solve a particular problem on their own.
