elementary (k-6th) I am teaching Music now in the Portland Public School Woodlawn Elementary and I have taken Math analysis , English, Wrting, and the basic core curriculum in College. For children you must make them enthusiastic since their ability to concentrate is so limited. I believe in Kozol's method of teaching and that is to assist students in thbier quest for knowledge especially youngster's. flute I have stated earlier that I play with Steve Miller and other groups as well as teach woodwinds Privately and I also teach CHOIR for the Portland Public school program SEI. I have been playing and teaching for over 20 yeras on the flute. general music I have studied Music and the woodwinds as well as other instruments. I have taken and taught at several schools and music companies such as Kennelly Keys in seattle and I also teach CHOIR at WOODLAWN ELEMENTARY in Portland Oregon for the SEI program. I also have taken Music theory and History in High School and College . I feel that I could pass any test given regarding the History of American Popular music and Jazz.I also understand and have played Classical music as well as taught it for the Flute and Clarinet. I also have taught and played the Sax for many years as a Popular instrument. I am online as a recorded artist grammar In regards to Grammer I have taken English 101 thru 410 in College. I also have written many Proposals for the advertising companies I have worked for. I am accomplished at comprehension and the use of proper grammer. I also have taught others to speak properly for public speaking utilizing "ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER" music history I have taken and taught American Music History as well as have been around the people that have made this music. Quincy Jone's an dRay Charles were in Seattle when I was a child and I had first hand lessons as well as had the opportunity to listen to them. I also had a Jazz Club from 1981-1985 called Parnell's in Seattle and I sold a large Club that had groups such as Mudhoney, Nirvana, etc. in Seattle called "UNDER THE RAIL" we sold it to Peter Buck from R.E.M. saxophone I have played the saxophones the longest. Nearly all my life. Forty years. I still play regulary as a professional and also teach as wellall methods of this instrument.I paly in Seve Miller's band for one as well as many other groups.
