elementary (k-6th) My entire program at Washington State University had to do with teaching elementary grades (K-8). Not only did I do my student teaching in an elementary school, I substitute in various elementary schools in my area. I think I am able to teach and tutor any subject at the elementary level. special needs I have had many experiences within my own classroom with special needs students and outside tutoring. Last year I worked in an emotional/behavioral special education classroom. I have also subbed in sped classes within the last year. trombone I have been playing the trombone for eight years. I was first chair in high school and played every once in awhile in college. I would love to get back to playing and help students with the basics. I have always had excellent tone and can help students achieve this. I do best with concert pieces, but can help with some jazz. volleyball Volleyball comes naturally to me. I haven't played in 3 years, but before that I had played for 7 years. I can help with the basics, like bumping, serving, spiking, and setting.
