I have a B.A. degree in Statistics from West Virginia University. I currently work FT for the federal government. During the 2006 to 2007 school year, I worked with Tutorquest and Club Z! in Home tutoring agencies part time. I tutored various students in Algebra I, II, Geometry, and college algebra/statistics. While I was in college, I tutored student athletes in math subjects like college algebra and statistics. While in high school, I taught a religious education class run through my local church.
I think I have a gift for showing people how to work through difficult problems. I enjoy helping students understand the complexities of math. I like taking topics which may seem rather difficult, breaking them down and making it easier to understand. I know how difficult it can be to understand certain concepts. I find joy in helping individuals learn because I know how difficult it can be to find help when you need it.
