About Judy:

I am a native Spanish speaker who has studied the language extensively. I learned Spanish in my home and studied it formally from middle school through college. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Spanish with an overall GPA of 3.59, a 3.78 in Spanish, and a 3.83 as an upperclassman.

I continued to study the language at Georgetown University where I received a Master's Degree in Spanish Linguistics with a 3.63 GPA.

I have been a tutor since I was in high school and have continued to tutor into my adult life. I have tutored high school students, college classmates, and adults.

For the past few years, I have taught middle and high school Spanish. I am currently teaching a college Spanish course and also teach Spanish to government and military personnel. As a teacher, I am familiar with the most effective teaching methodologies, and as a tutor, I know how to tailor-make lesson plans to facilitate learning for you. I look forward to helping you learn and enjoy Spanish and Spanish culture as much as I do!
