Hi! My name is Jennifer. I will be a high school junior as of September 2008, with eight years of experience playing piano, willing to tutor children ages 13 and under in piano basics and help them learn songs. I will provide music and workbooks and will expect students to practice approximately half an hour daily on their own. I am a patient teacher and, due to a great teacher of my own, learned basic piano instruction. No previous experience is required, but I will take students who have had up to three years of experience as well. For students who need help in geometry, I took that subject at my high school and passed easily with the highest grade in my class, making it through the standard issue geometry book in about six months. I got A's on almost every test, and tutored several other classmates on each lesson. I believe I am qualified to tutor any age students who are having trouble keeping up with the work or having trouble understanding geometry concepts. |
