I love art and I am a very creative person.
I enjoy human interaction and that is one of the reasons I completed my Associate degree in Communications.
I also love physical activity, I am currently working in my Dance degree. I love dance because I can combine my two passions art and physical activity. I love activities that requiere movement and interactions either verbal or non-verbal. Aside from dancing I am a huge fitness fan, I attent a gym about 6-7 days a week and train hard. I also complement my training with Pilates which I have been practicing for 3 years and have studied theory, application, body awareness, and practicum teaching.
Since fitness is such a large part of my life I was a natural when I worked as a Tumbling Coach with young children ages 2-11.
I loved being able to inspire children to be strong and healthy as well as helping them learn unknown theory of fitness and general physiology knowledge at a begginner levels through movement and application.
I like utilizing different methods to learn and expand knowledge. Each individual is unique and has a different learning preference. Some people learn by Visual imagery, others by sound, other by touch, others by doing. Sometimes when all different learning preferences are combines the outcome is much higher than expected and produces a long term impact.
For the moment I am also working on becoming a ballet instructor for young children where I would be able to share my love for dance and hopefully pass my knowledge and inspire children.
