I have a BS and an MS in Biology and have been teaching for the last 9 years in the school district. I have been extensively involved with Reading ,Math ,Biology and ESL. I believe in the philosophy of creative and interactive learning wherein both the teacher and the student are active participants. I also like to nurture the positive aspects of a student's work ethics and build up from there. Most of my students have excelled and are doing wonderfully well in graduate studies and some are in the process of entering prestigious colleges. My philosophy of success has been a step by step rational approach and that has served all my students very well.
