About Gary:

I hold a Ph.D. in Classics, a multidisciplinary field that focuses on all aspects of the ancient Greek and Roman world. I have mastered Latin and Ancient Greek, and can read Spanish, German, French, and Italian. During my five years of working full-time at various universities, I taught language arts, history, mythology, archaeology, and all levels of Latin and Ancient Greek. My language teaching experiences required that I teach English grammar in addition to Latin and Greek grammar. As math was always a strong point for me, I am very good at helping elementary school students in that area. My competence in such a wide range of subjects makes me an excellent candidate for many tutoring assignments.
