I am an effective teacher who cares for my students and who wants my students to succeed.
I remembered when I used to be in High School in my native country, I used to be the leader of my group work. Being the leader all the times did not mean to me that I was the smartest student, but rather because because I had the sense of responsibility in me to create a good learning environment that could motivate the students of my group to do succeed. At that time, I did not know the expression of visual and audio learners but I thought I applied these techniques a lot back in time, and I know I see the importance of why these two techniques work perfectly well. It happened that I had the vocation to become a teacher or a professor and I will be it. My disposition and ability are commonly thought of as a mood, an attitude, or a tendency or inclination to behave in a certain way. Kindness, caring, having high expectations for students and myself, teaching students to think critically, having a strong work ethnic, and to be aware of, and having and appreciation of cultural diversity have all been identified in the literature as disposition and ability that are essential for teaching excellence and for the teacher to bring all kind of excitements, motivations, and mutual respect to have the students moving along with the target language and to help them develop academically and socially. Knowing how to get students involved and making learning fun and enjoyable, and praise students at anytime are the keys to success. I already have the responsibility and ready to pass on the knowledge and impact my future students' lives. Having a good environment classroom and pass on the knowledge are not all that, I need to not only know the material very well, I must also be aware of effective ways to transfer the knowledge and the ways in which different students learn and process the information. I need to be enthusiastic and humorous at times in order to motivate students and get them interested in the topic, and make sure that everything I do must be intentional meaning always doing things for a purpose. Thus, I feel ready to have a good career in education and keeps myself updates all the times during my professional career.
