Are you ready to learn? Are you ready to be inspired?
I am a lifelong student with an ability to making learning fun. As a publicist and media strategist, I have learned that everything, even the boring subjects, can be used in life. I specialize in making the connection between the subjects I teach and practical life experience. I can make the driest subjects actually interesting, so that tutoring doesn't feel like MORE SCHOOL!
I was a terrible student in high school. I was bored and didn't see the point. I became a successful writer/media strategist/political publicist without a degree. I didn't attend college until I was 30, but graduated summa cum laude. What I learned in college went beyond the page. I came to understand that everything you learn in class has a life-application. This is what separates me from most tutors. You WILL enjoy our tutoring sessions. You may even find yourself taking an interest in the subject that you never imagined after our sessions!

Every person learns differently. Are you having trouble with retention, expression, or test-taking? Do you need methods tailored to your personal learning skills? As a media strategist/political publicist/marketing communications expert, the strength of my career rests on my ability to research and communicate the results of that research in a way that speaks to the broadest audience. These skills have taught me the differences in individual learning styles, making me an expert at developing unique study methods for each student I tutor. We will work together to identify your study strengths and overcome any obstacles to your learning skills.

Learn theatre from a professional! I graduated from the American Musical & Dramatic Academy in NYC and the University of Colorado with a BA in Theatre. I am a member of Actor's Equity and Writer's Guild of America, and have worked as a professional actor, director, and writer throughout my career. I am fluent in acting/directing techniques for both stage and screen, the history of American and World Theatre, relaxation, stagecraft, stage movement, vocal performance, ad auditioning. I can teach you how to market yourself and how to always get a call-back from your audition.
What are your goals: to be a better public speaker? to make a career on the stage or screen? To learn acting techniques that are specific to your skills? to broaden your knowledge of theatre in general?
Whatever you wish to achieve in theatre coaching, I provide simple and proven instruction to take you to the next level.
