L'Oreal is a writer with a passion for tutoring. She's tutored one year for both Cypress and Orange Coast Colleges where she's tutored Englsh and ESL students, as well as students across the curriculum, with their writing skills. She's also taught the Writing Proficiency Examination (WPE) preparation course, for one year, at California State University Long Beach where she instructed students on the art of essay writing. L'Oreal's goal is to develop the writer in every student. Her passion for writing shows. She's currently applying to CSU Fullerton's Instructional Design and Technology graduate program where she hopes to become an online instructor. She's also going to be developing curriculum for Cypress College, over the summer, for an online seminar she hopes to bring to international students Spring 2009, as an online graduate instructor. For long-term success as a student, you can't go wrong with L'Oreal - she's building a strong foundation for a successful future in education. |

Hi all! I'm a journalism graduate from CSU Long Beach and have concluded an additional two years working with ESL students.
I've taught the writing proficiency examination(WPE) preparation course at California State University Long Beach one year, which included working with many ESL students on their essay development as well as basic English fundamentals while I, myself, completed graduate-level English courses concurrently.
I've also tutored English and ESL students, for one year, at both Cypress and Orange Coast colleges, and find my work very rewarding. At Cypress College, I also coordinated workshops in essay development and held conversation labs weekly January through May 2008.
