About Taylor:

I recently graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Masters in English with a concentration in Literary and Cultural Studies. I completed my undergraduate coursework at Duquesne University. I graduated with a Bachelors in English Literature with a minor in Woman's and Gender Studies as well as a certificate in Business Administration. I will be attending University of Pittsburgh in Fall '09 for a Masters in Library and Information Science. I have a lot of experience with tutoring and writing of all forms. I tutored undergraduate and graduate students at Duquesne University Writing Center for two years. We focused on content, grammatical and structural format in relation to creative and professional writing. These were individual student consultations and I always focused on the student’s questions and concerns. I also have a lot of experience with technical writing as I was a technical writer for Industrial Scientific Corporation. I was responsible for editing, transferring, and revising technical literature.Thus, my experience with writing runs the gamut from professional and technical writing to creative and analytical writing.
