I do this by creating an individual learning plan of action. My experience has allowed me to work in various environments. I have 6 years GED Teaching, Training and Assessment experience. I have had the opportunity to work in various capacities of GED Programs as a teacher, program coordinator and test administrator. As well as, serve on various education committees. I have worked with youth programs 15 - 21 and adult education programs.

My profesional training includes an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and I am currently pursuing my Masters in Education with a specialization in Professional Studies. This specialization prepares me in a variety of teaching and training situations basic skills, study skills, GED, Adult Education and Elementary Education. My work and volunteer experience has provided me a hands on experience to work with diverse populations within state agencies, private schools, adult education programs, alternative programs and nonprofit organizations with the emphasis on individualized learning plans for each student.
