Hello :) I am a graduate student at George Mason University, studying to receive a Master's of Art in English by May 2009. I also went to George Mason as an undergraduate and graduated in May 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in English (Non-fiction Writing and Rhetoric) and a minor in Business Management with spacial recognition from the Honors Program in General Education.
I was previously a pre-med student, so I have taken a lot of the required sciences as well as all the college-level mathematics until Calculus II. However, I feel most comfortable tutoring students in English, Writing, SAT Verbal, or TOEFL. But I am qualified to tutor elementary, middle, and high school students in a wide range of subjects. After graduating, I plan to pursue a Ph.D. in Education and teach because I love to see people reach their academic goals and realize their potential!
Although I work and go to school, I always make time for tutoring. I am pretty flexible with hours but I require tutoring to be at a public location. Please contact me if you are looking for an honest, hardworking, and patient tutor who is excited to see positive results! |
