French/Italian: Having grown up on the Mediterranean in the South of France (for 10 years), I am a native French speaker! I am a French Teacher's Assistant at Dickinson College, where I teach French lab sessions. I help students with their pronunciation, writing and grammar skills. I am also a tutor at Dickinson, where I tutor students of all ages in French. In high school, I studied abroad in Torino, Italy as well. I resided with two Italian families for 5 months and attended an Italian public school. This complete immersion program gave me the unique opportunity to pick up the Italian language very quickly. I am also an Italian tutor at Dickinson. I usually maintain a fairly busy schedule, which has forced me to be an organized person. I will only be able to start tutoring in early September, when I return from Europe. I am very personable and friendly, and I like to get to know each tuttee individually. I like tuttees who are motivated to learn the language, as opposed to tuttees who just want higher grades. Economics: I have only studied microeconomics in college, so I request only those struggling with microeconomics, as I have not taken macro.
