She has extensive experience developing and administering programs that have had a direct impact on individuals from diverse backgrounds. She has always exhibited a keen sensitivity towards others. As a result of this, she has adopted a person-centered philosophy when interacting with all individuals.
She has worked as a school administrator, a teacher-eclectic in format and form and able to instruct gifted students as well as cognitively deficient students, a guidance counselor and a therapist. As an independent consultant, her focus has been in the areas of behavioral health, education, women’s issues and business development.
Her various positions have involved the development of partnerships with stakeholders within communities. She strongly believes that the cross integration of services and the utilization of linkages are necessary components for the successful growth and development of individuals.
PAG’s accomplishments include: the first African American female to serve on her township planning commission, received a resolution from her township for dedication as a public official, creator of Pagamints, appeared on the Sally Jessy Rapheal Show, developed the Student Services Department for a new charter school, founding partner of a fund development corporation, first African American to win in the make-up division at the National Modeling Association Convention, appeared in the theatrical production of the Marvin Gaye Story and developed MOYA...Making-Over Your Attitude from the Inside Out, soon to be published.
Over the years, her commitment and dedication have been acknowledged by her township,several school districts, the local Children & Youth association, the Council of Clergy, and others.
PAG has a M.Ed. in Counseling and a B.A. in Sociology.
She is married, a mother of two and a grandmother of three.
