elementary (k-6th) i have four years of experience tutoring elementary school students. i was a tutor-mentor for the uscreaders program at the university of southern california, working primarily with k-5th grade students, both in english and spanish. i was later promoted to a coordinator position, where i managed 15 tutors at a school site, and ran an afterschool program that provided homework help and enrichment activities for elementary-aged students. music theory i hold a degree in music from the thornton school of music at usc, the most prestigious non-conservatory music school in the nation. i have taught music theory privately and at various music camps in california. violin i have taught violin privately for 8 years and hold a degree in music from the thornton school of music at the university of southern california. i have been a counselor at music camps in california, and a competent with kids and adults.
