About Christine:

My name is Christine and I recently graduated from Brown University. Over the past few years at Brown, I have been involved as an academic tutor and assistant teacher for various schools in Rhode Island. I am bilingual (Spanish/English) and most recently worked at a bilingual elementary school for Latino children. Subject areas that I have most experience in teaching and tutoring are Spanish and math, and as I have worked with students in elementary school, middle school, and college, I have experience with teaching a wide range of age groups. I am also an athlete (I played on Brown's club soccer team as well as various other intramural sports teams), and I have played the oboe since elementary school. Working with students of all ages has been a priority of mine for years, and I hope to continue working with people in Gainesville this summer!
