About Henry:

I am currently running the at risk program at La Cima Middle School in the Amphitheater School District. I have taught at risk students in all subjects for four years. In addition I have also taught 6th Grade Study Skills and 3rd and 5th grade classes. My elementary teaching was done at Copper Creek Elementary School in Oro Valley. I have a History Degree with a minor in English as well as Elementary Education certification (K-8) and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. I do not speak spanish but am certified by the state to teach SEI classes (English for non- speakers) I have also been participating in teaching the Reading program at La Cima for the past 4 years. I love working with kids and don't see anyone as being out of reach as far as an education goes. I needed extra help in Junior High and High School and was lucky enough to get it. Now it's my turn to see that others get the help that they may need.
