About Leonard:

My secondary education concentrated on the Arts and English Language and Literature, I also speak German, Italian and an Italian dialect (Venetian) fluently, with a good knowledge of French and Spanish. I have lived in these countries and am also familiar with their customs and culture. In business, I ran my own company in Germany, successfully for a number of years before moving to North America. I became a Certified Quality Auditor and wrote ISO 9000 based Quality Management Systems. As a consultant, I taught these processes and how to write them to employees of a number of companies. My teaching style is to offer guidelines to students and let them fill in the blanks, with encouragement and correction where necessary, but all aimed at their retaining what I teach.
