    Roberta works hard with me and my Italian. She never gets exasperated as I mangle her language but smiles and gently rephrases or changes the sentence so that I can say it properly. Vocabulary is added each session and use of verbs, both standard and colloquial are inserted throughout the period. She is always prompt, calls a day ahead to confirm and I think she is doing a great job.
