I was taught chess by mt dad and sister at age 9. I played diligently with my dad for the next several years and studied on my own the different moves and tactics. I was in a chess club in both grammer and high schools. I was never rated so I can't submit that. However, I have taught chess to several people including my wife and daughter(3 yrs old!!) The natural propensity to understand chess seems to be in my bloodline!.
