About Daina:

Hello, I am a 26 year old certified teacher returning to the Putnam County area after being in school for my Master's Degree in Education. I am certified to teach 1st through 12th grade, with a concentration on English Language Arts. I have much experience tutoring; I was a student teacher, a substitute teacher, and an English tutor for two students in grades 6 and 7. My style of teaching is based on having fun while learning. I believe that all students can learn and the teacher is the one that should make that possible! I love to help student succeed in the way that THEY enjoy and understand. It's not fun to learn if you're not doing it in the best learning style for yourself! As your tutor, we would learn through games, worksheets, workbooks, and more.
