Piano Lessons for beginners at your home or at my private studio in Greenlake. For Children and adults!You don’t have to own a piano!
I offer private piano lessons for a while now; I encourage learning individual pieces and duets. After a period of time I enjoy organizing a small recital for family and friends to give my students opportunity to perform in front of the audience, which is a very valuable experience! I will provide teaching material and other necessary equipment. I gladly will come to your home so you don’t have to travel and if you don’t have your own piano I will bring a digital piano with me! Or you can take lessons at my private studio.

Piano is a wonderful instrument to help develop interest for music and other instruments. Even if the student doesn’t want to become a concert pianist taking piano lessons can help with understanding sounds,rhythm and tempo,piano is very helpful to learn about the music notation,ear training and even singing. In my career as a voice performer I experienced a lot of help from my ability to play the piano! Most of all,this instrument brings joy and pride to the person who is playing and the person who is listening.
Music fascinated me from the early beginning of my life. I took my first private piano lessons from a well respected teacher, pianist, organist and conductor; Ad van de Wege. The teacher opened my mind to many different styles, composers and introduced me into professional life of a pianist.I attended music program at Schoreline Community Collage in Seattle, where I successfully completed music theory, piano, piano ensemble, voice, Jazz, dance and drama classes. My performing instrument is piano. As a president of the piano club I organized numerous lectures featuring great pianists and piano teachers; Arnaldo Cohen, Andrew Watts, Radu Lupus just to name a few. I helped to promote composers like David Nevue, Peter Kater, Joe Bongiorno and Mike Stricklan and other artists. I organized many concerts, performed on the piano and encouraged young students to perform. I have been active in different areas of performing; piano, vocal solos, acting. My enthusiasm for music demonstrated in my coaching abilities helps to get young students interested in playing piano and in exploring music. My objective is to introduce piano music in an interesting and enjoyable way. My goal is to balance high quality education with fun and good communiction between parents teacher and students!
