My name is Paulo, I am 25 years old Personal trainer and Nutritional Specialist certified, Pilates Instructor certified and also computer hardware certified.
I was born in Lisbon, Portugal and came to the US about 4 years ago.
I'm willing to share and teach my knowledge of fitness and the Portuguese Language for those who want to learn Portuguese.
I also was a professional soccer player for 5 years until unfortunately I got injured to never play again. But I have extensive knowledge of tactics, moves and exercises, I still can play it but not professionally. I can definitely coach a youth team or infant.
If you are someone who is getting to know computers I can definitely help you out on that area. I simply love computers. I worked with computers since my 6 years old. I have knowledge of most of the microsoft software and I definitely can answer questions about the hardware part.
It is actually my first time doing something like this, in certain areas of my knowledge, to outside the family, but the few people I have taught in my family and friends, they have learned and enjoyed.
I am a very encouraging person due to my line of work, being a personal trainer requires giving a lot of encouragement to your clients. I won't give up until you can understand and learn. I am not a pain, don't worry! :) But you will learn! ;)
