About
Jaclyn: |
|
I am UC Berkeley alumna who is currently teaching in Oakland, working with students with special needs, who is great with students who have learning anxieties and varied learning strengths. I'm good at honing in on individual needs, building on strengths, and accommodating successful strategies to help students access the material and reach their academic goals. I have worked with students ages 4-9 and 12-18 in a professional setting, teaching reading, math (algebra), science (physical sciences, life sciences), social science (history and government) and English (high school, AP). Additionally, I have tutored trigonometry, Calculus and test preparation (SAT I and II: History, French, English). |
