About Kimberlee:

I graduated December of 2007 from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. As a part of my coursework, I have a great deal of experience in subjects such as philosophy, political science, geography, economics and of course, languages. During college, I worked as a tutor for the Athletic department, tutoring the UM athletes in a wide range of subjects.
To briefly outline my language experience: I studied abroad in Italy for a summer semester, to supplement the Italian classes that I took throughout my undergraduate career. I also took Spanish for heritage speakers during college, and took various trips to South America with professors and for leisure.
I love to teach and to share knowledge! I like to make sure that the students I tutor not only learn the material, but also help to develop efficient and effective methods for their own growth in learning. I would love to tutor you, and I know you would be more than satisfied with our work!

More On Kimberlee's Subjects:

  • horseback riding

I have over 10 years experience handling horses, and for 5 years I practiced Dressage formally, including participating in several shows. I also have worked with horse camps and teaching children horse care and riding. I also was a part of my University's equestrian team during my Freshman year. I am very comfortable with all the basics of riding. Beyond that, I feel that I have sufficient experience to help tutor beginning Dressage. I had a classical Dressage instructor who focused on the physical communications between horse and rider, so I have a very strong grip on the signals involved in Dressage.
