About Jodi:

I am a registered nurse recently located from Virginia to be closer to my family. I have 3 1/2 years experience in pediatric hematology/oncology and currently work with diabetic patients.

I am fascinated by different cultures and interactions of people thus leading me to obtain a B.A. in Sociology from Hampton University and to continue on and receive an additional B.S degree in Nursing. As a nurse I understand the importance of empathy and patience which is vital in daily life.

I have been raised to be humble, kind and to help those in need. I love the fact that I can change a life by my words and actions. My teaching style is that of patience, understanding and commitment.

I believe my education and experience more than qualifies me to tutor others in the fields of nursing and/or Sociology. Thereby, allowing them, in time, to successfully achieve their medical aspirations. I am anxious to help others and look forward to helping in this capacity.
