My name is Tim. I am a research associate in the biotech industry. I am a graduate of UC Davis with a major in Microbiology. I have also went to graduate school and receive a master in biomedical laboratory science. I am very good in science and like to teach math. As a former graduate student, I know that asking questions as a way to learn is a very effective method to teaching and learning. I have tutored my students through interactive questions and answers sessions, which proved to be very effective. When I was a graduate student, I am very efficient at time management skills because I have a full time job and taking graduate classes as well. I have managed my time efficiently because I was able to get good grades even though I was working at the same time. I can teach my students time management skills, which will enable them to succeed in school and life in general. As a tutor, I can also teach my student science. I have a strong background in the science because I have worked in the biotech industry for over 5 years. I have been tutoring students one on one in their own home and this kind of tutoring is very effective. As a tutor, I will do my best to educate my student.
