I have an electrical engineering degree from Southern University and A&M College. I have more than 20 years experience as an engineering specializing in the area of reliability engineering, mainly for electronic designs and systems. I am actively involve in church ministry and have tutored youth from my church ranging in ages from 7 to 18. I have tutored in all middle and high school mathematics and I utilize a thought provoking style of tutoring. In my experience I have found that the student usually knows more than they think they do. My tutoring style is not to provide all the answers but to ask leading questions to help them verbalize and acknowledge understanding of the concepts.
