I am a mother of two that worked as an accountant for nine years, two years as a temporary employee while I was still a college student. I majored in both accounting and finance and have two bachelors degrees. I was in the top 10 of my graduating HS class, and I was in the top 10% of my graduating college class. I have also passed the CPA exam. Math is my strongest subject, but I have also done well in most other subjects. I use the computer on a daily basis, including internet, MS Excel and Word, and games. Because my parents were always concerned with grammar, I now have a bad tendency to correct everyone else's grammar. Whether it's annoying or not, I know that I can point out what's right and wrong.
I have not tutored or taught before; however, I am ready to start helping others to make the grade. I expect that the student will lead to the type of style I will use, since everyone learns differently. |
