About Eda Lynda:

I graduated with my Bachelors of Fine Arts in Theatre with an acting concentration, but I took a minor in Spanish. I have a zest not only for language, but for the many different cultures to which a language belongs. I would love nothing better than to work on linguistic skills, whether in English or Spanish, and to find imaginative ways to help what we've learned to stick!

More On Eda Lynda's Subjects:

  • theatre

I first became interested in performing arts, acting specifically, in my junior year in high school. Accordingly, I applied to the performing arts shop of Warren County Technical School, and was educated there for two years. I graduated from high school and decided to attend C.W. Post of Long Island University. I pursued and obtained my BFA in theatre with an acting concentration. I was part of the honors society, and completed a thesis concerning dramaturgy in the United States. I have since appeared on many stages, most frequently that of Greenbelt Arts Center. I intend to pursue a career in live vocal performance and acting, and I would love nothing better than to educate others concerning these lively and interesting fields.
