Hello, I am about to graduate (May 03/2008) from James Madison University with a B.S. degree in Mathematics. This past year I've tutored college students specifically in algebra and calculus. I will be attending Mary Washington University's graduate program to obtain my teacher license and master's degree. I plan to teach at a school this fall full-time while taking classes part-time to get my license. I am very proficient in math, I've had rigorous courses in Algebra, Calculus, and Geometry. I've also had many education courses since I'm going to be a teacher. My g.p.a. for college is 3.3, and I feel confident to teach any level of math, from elementary to college level. I am personable and energetic and I hope to get the opportunity to tutor to gain more experience. I also play the piano, and have been playing for about 12 years. I feel confident that I can teach beginner piano.
