drawing I have always had and interest in drawing, so I have been drawing and doodling since I could hold a pencil. In high school, I recieved A's in all of my drawing classes. My Junior year of high school I recieved honorable mention in the Congressional Art Competition for a ink self portrait. I was also named Art Student of the year when I was a Senior. I am currently attending St.Cloud State University where I have recieved A's in all of my drawing classes. I will be transfering to the University of Wisconsin La Crosse next year where I will continue to study Art Education. general computer I have used computers since I was a little kid. I grew up using Macintosh computers only, but in middle school and high school I used mainly windows so I am proficient on that type of computer also. In elementary school I passed the required typing class, and in high school I passed the required computers class. I am familiar with apple works, power point, key note, microsoft word, any internet browser, and most apple applications(iTunes, iPhoto, etc...). photoshop My Dad installed photoshop on our computer when I was 12 years old and that is when I first started experimenting with the application. At first I just made funny photos of people in odd situations or with different bodies, but I have moved on now. I am currently taking a Computer Studio course at St.Cloud State University where I have become familiar with every spect of photoshop. I have learned how to retouch photos and edit out things, as well as improve the quality of photos. powerpoint I am very familiar with power point. I have worked with power point since I was in middle school. I have done many projects and presentations with powerpoint, so I know just about every way to play with fonts, make graphics move, change backgrounds, change sounds, or just make a clean crisp, understandable presentation. study skills I have always but a good student, but as I have aged my study skills have gotten better. I am a very organized person now. My first semester of college I recieved a 3.8 GPA, and in high school I graduated with a 3.3. I know that I could help students having trouble with study skills. tennis I started playing tennis in 5th grade with my younger sister. We took to the game and I have been playing on teams ever since. I was on varsity in high school my Sophmore, Junior, and Senior years. Senior year, my proudest moment was winning doubles conference with my sister. We were also named first team, honorable mention.
