Three master degrees, teaching experience at graduate, college, and high school levels, and scholarly publications combine with the creativity of a published author and the good relationship abilities acquired through twenty years as a Lutheran pastor to provide excellent tutoring skills primarily, but not exclusively, in the areas of Latin, Greek, history, literature, writing, religion, and Bible. The masters degrees are from Princeton (M.Div.), University of Penna. (M.A.), and Union Theological Seminary, NY (M.Phil.); teaching experience is from New York Theological Seminary, Muhlenberg College, and Rappahannock County High School, Virginia. From 1966 to 1975 I taught Greek at Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Penna. I have also used Greek teaching classes in Bible and church history at Union Theological Seminary, New York, New York Theological Seminary, New York, and Moravian College, Bethlehem, Penna. I have a Master of Arts degree from the University of Penna. in Classical Studies. About half of this work was using Greek. I am equally at home in classical Greek and New Testament Greek.

From 1966 to 197 I taught classical Greek at Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Penna. Thereafter I did much work with New Testament Greek at Union Theological Seminary, New York, New York Theological Seminary, and Moravian College, Bethlehem, Penna. I earned a Master of Arts degree in Classical Studies from the University of Penna. Half of my work was in Latin, half in Greek.

I have a Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary and a Master of Philosophy degree from Union Theological Seminary, New York. I have taught church history through the reformation at New York Theological Seminary. My main area of study is the Bible and church history through the medieval period. As an ordained Lutheran pastor I have done much teaching in the area of religion.
