I taught English as a Foreign Language to Japanese adults and children in Tokyo. Japan from January 2000- June 2005. In addition, I have taught adults from countries in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa at the English Language Institute (ELI) at the University at Buffalo

Currently, I am enrolled in the Master's Program for teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages at the University at Buffalo where I maintain a 4.0 GPA.

From my years of experience teaching English in Japan and the United States, I am skilled in creating and adapting lessons which fit the unique needs of individual learners. Further, I greatly enjoy learning from students about their home country and culture.

I am currently enrolled and have completed the bulk of the coursework in the Masters program , ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages), at the University at Buffalo where I have maintained a 4.0 GPA. I plan to confer my Master's degree with NYS Teaching Certification ( grades K-12) in February of 2009.
