Hello all!! My name is Robert and I live in the Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego. I was an officer in the Navy for 11 years. I received a Bachelor's of Science in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's of Science in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School. This means I am well versed in both the math/science and the writing/reading world. I feel that I am well capable of tutoring any subject in either area.
