Since 1995, Dr. M has contributed to the success of many colleges as Director of Academic Affairs, Dean of Education, Department Chair of Business and Technology, and Instructor of Business, Mathematics, and Computerized Accounting. In 2004, he founded The Learning Triangle, School of Mathematics which was developed and implemented as an on-campus and online program for Middle School, High School, College and University students, as well as working professionals. In 2007, Dr. M received his doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Change from the Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, California. He has published numerous articles including but not limited to "Reducing Math Anxiety with Technology," “Community College: The Sleeping Giant?,” “Quality of Education and Zip Code,” “Implementation of Total Quality Leadership - Long Beach Naval Shipyard.” Currently, Dr. M. is the Department Chair of Business and Computer Technologies with South Piedmont Community College (SPCC) and adjunct faculty with the University of Phoenix, Charlotte campus. |
