Facilitator
• Working with a complete set of minority students, this was my first encounter with a minority educational program, I worked with a diverse faculty that had develop a summer enrichment program, funded by the NSF, to help promote diversity within the natural sciences. I assisted AMP students in problem solving techniques and held workshops which introduced calculus topics.

Conductor/Facilitator
• As conductor for the AMP program, I was responsible for developing and preparing a series of enrichment problems designed to improve Calculus understanding. I also conducted problem solving workshops for various math courses which introduced and assisted students in various problem solving techniques, and exam prep.
ELAC’s Jamie Escalante Math Program, Monterey Park, CA…………………………….......July 2007 – Aug 2007
Instructor
• As an instructor for the Jaime Escalante summer math program. I had the unique opportunity to work with inner city youths (L.A.), a set of very challenging students. My main objective as an instructor for the Escalante program was to engage inner-city youths in a demanding academic regimen of pre-college and college mathematics so as to improve their chances of being accepted to university-level math and science programs.
