Hi, I have been tutoring for nearly 25 years, and homeschooled my daughter for 7 years. I love to watch my students light up when they finally get a concept and can move on, on their own with confidence they have earned in just a few months of that extra help. I choose to be a tutor that lets the student tell me what they feel are the 'bugga-boos' about a subject they need work on. If that means we begin at the beginning and get the foundation built again, then so be it. It doesn't take long before they are teaching themselves with me as the facilitator, guiding their learning experience in whatever direction that needs to be taken.
