I have taken and excelled in math from pre-algebra through Calculus in high school, all in honors courses. I am currently enrolled in a statistics class. I completed two honors calculus courses last year as a freshman in college. I received a 730 on the math section of the SAT, only getting 3 wrong. When tutoring, I work out the math problem with the tutoree and give them tips and tricks of how to solve different problems as well. I also received a 650 on the SAT writing section and took many writing and grammar courses in high school. My college professors often compliment my writing abilities and how much better they are than most of my classmates' skills. I help the tutoree learn and understand the rules of English grammar and why certain writing styles work more effectively than others.Furthermore, I have also extensively used Microsoft Excel, and know many of its features after having attended a business school for a year.I have tutored children and teenagers. I tutored at the Boys and Girls Club in Plantation, Florida in all subjects. I was also a member of the Peer Tutoring in my high school where I tutored other high school students.
