Bible studies I would be good for teaching Bible studies because I am an AWANA leader at my church which is a group that teaches children about the Bible and God. I have also been working on the books and when you complete them all it is worth a years credit at a Bible College, I have only a few books left to complete. Also, I grew up in a family that finds the Bible very important and go to church almost every Sunday where I learn more and more about the Bible every day. Because the Bible is so important to me, if there is something I do not know, I will not just guess and risk telling someone the wrong answer, but I will go and find out what I do not know either from the Pastor or another trusted source. elementary (k-6th) I believe I would be a good tutor for k-6th because in college I majored in Elementary Education. I taught pre-k at the YWCA for 3 years. I then worked at the Y for a year where I worked with the K-care class as well as Arongen Y-time after school program where we did lesson plan activies with the children (grades 1-5). sign language I would like to be certified in sign langauge as I am fluent in sign language. I have family and friends who are hearing impaired. When I was in college I used to sign the service for the hearing impaired at Memorial Baptist where I went to church. theatre I feel I should be able to tutor in theatre because I have been doing theatre since I was in 10th grade. In college I minored in American Musical Theatre. I did the website for Gloversville High School's drama club and I am constantly reading scripts for shows as well as other theatre info either in book form or online. I taught a theatre class for preschoolers at the Y and I directed a small show for Arongen Y-time at the Y as well.
