Hello all !
I taught English in Japan and here in the US. My students included everyone from Toyota engineers to first graders, so I know you want to make more progress, and I know how to help you.

As for my background, actually my degree was in Biblical Languages (with lots of writing and comparative grammar) but I have also learned French and Japanese. I came back from Japan, and taught the ESL beginners at the University of Alabama and helped Dr. Rebecca Oxford with various things including her Japanese 2 telecourse.
Then - back to Japan again! I worked for the municipal government and also for private schools, and then there were some situations in my family with terminal illnesses, so I was helping out there for quite a while.
