grammar My exposure to grammar and composition dates back to my undergraduate education at Stetson University. As an undergraduate English tutor and Teacher's Aid, I helped facilitate a learning environment for students of all ages. Some of my duties included: helping students proof read their papers, learn the basics of grammar & composition, and understand what is expected of them at the collegiate level. Although the experience I gained as an English tutor and Teacher's Aid was beneficial, it does not compare to the experience I have received as a graduate student and instructor at Florida Atlantic University. Not only has my exposure to grammar and composition increased, but the knowledge I have gained from helping others learn the basics of grammar and composition has increased as well. As a result, I believe I possess the necessary skills needed in order to help facilitate a learning environment for students to understand the basics of grammar and composition.
