Ready to Start Your Lessons?

Search our tutor network to start the process of finding a WyzAnt tutor. Read about our highly-qualified tutors and email a few who might be a good match. You should hear back from some of these tutors within a few days. If not, please contact us a we will follow up with the tutor.

When you first emailed a tutor through our website, we asked for your email address. This is your username. We assigned you a random password (that you may have changed). Don't know your password?

You will need to login to your WyzAnt account in order to add your billing information. Please note that no charges are made to your account until you complete your first lesson. Additionally, we will refund the cost of the first lesson if you are not satisfied for any reason. Once you have billing information on file you will be able to exchange phone numbers with WyzAnt tutors.

Now that you have billing information on file, you are ready to begin lessons. There are two payment options detailed below. Unless you visit the purchase page and purchase a credit package you will pay for your lessons as they occur.

Pay-as-you-go

By default, your credit card will be charged after each lesson based on your tutor's hourly rate. (If you have a 90 minute lesson and your tutor's rate is $40/hr, you will be charged 1.5x$40=$60.) There are no other charges or hidden fees.

Prepurchase a tutoring package and save up to 15%

If you purchase at least $400 in tutoring credit, you save 10%. Purchase at least $1000 in tutoring credit and save 15%. Save the most by purchasing $2500 in credit for a savings of 20%.

You set up the tutoring schedule and all related logistics directly with the tutor. Choose a place that works for both you and the tutor. It can be your home, a library or any convenient location. The tutor will report his/her hours to WyzAnt after each lesson and you will receive an email each time confirming the details.
