My niece is 17 and has left high school permanently due to problems with anxiety, dyslexia, (ADD?) etc. She is also funny, smart, athletic, and attractive. For 2 months, she's been doing nothing, but watching TV and sleeping during the day. I'm worried. The plan is for her to get a GED, but parents haven't made a move on it. Can a tutor help her?

My daughter is currently a 1st grader and has been falling behind academically. We think she might be dyslexic, however, we're still doing some research in all areas. We've met with her teachers and principals at her school, and we feel she needs further support/tutoring to help her and to catch up. We're looking for a tutor who specializes in dyslexia.

Hello,
We are looking for an "organizational" tutor for our daughter who is entering 7th grade next Fall. She was recently diagnosed with ADD-inattentive type. She performs well academically but is constantly losing assignments, forgetting to bring the correct items home to complete assignments, and has difficulty remembering to turn work in and managing due dates, etc.
We are looking for a tutor to meet her after school about 2-3 times per week to review her work, to help her make sure she packs the appropriate school items, has her agenda filled out correctly w/ all the teachers' signatures, and keeps her backpack and locker organized. There may be some time spent on actual school assignments but the majority of work would be in helping her to get organized, stay organized, and to help her manage her academics.

I am looking for a tutor that can help me with my 9 year old in all subjects. She is a young 4th grader and has an IEP plan due to processing problems because of a high level of ADHD.
